ATTENTION

At the time of purchase, the buyer must carefully inspect the item before activating the PIN code. If the client detects any defect in proper quality (mounting points, crystal hallmark, various inserts, etc.) before activating the PIN code, then the item qualifies for warranty service.

The warranty does not cover the product in the following cases:

breakage, stretching, deformation of links on chains, necklaces, bracelets;

damage to the coating due to improper use of the item;

loss of insert(s) as a result of mechanical damage;

any mechanical breakage or deformation of the item due to careless use;

contact of the item with substances containing active chemical compounds;

the item was repaired by the buyer independently (by third-party jewelers, etc.);

loss of a part of the item (one earring, fastening element of the clasp [“butterfly”] of stud earrings, hanging element of the item, etc.).


If the quality of the item was compromised due to the fault of the client (an expert assessment is conducted), then the price of professional repair is determined based on the weight and price of the item.
