Exchange and Return Policy for ART CRYSTAL Jewelry
As part of the partnership agreements with the ART CRYSTAL project, when purchasing jewelry through one of our authorized representatives (distributors), and prior to activation of the individual PIN code, the following conditions apply:
Exchange of a product of proper quality for a similar or different item within 24 hours after purchase;
Cancellation of the purchase (return of the item of proper quality and refund of the paid amount) within one business day, provided that the funds have not yet been transferred to the settlement account;
Exchange or return in case of a discrepancy with the declared quality — within one business day from the moment of contact.
Exchange or return is only possible under the following conditions:
The item has not been used,
Its commercial appearance is fully preserved (no damages, scratches, or signs of wear),
The consumer properties and authenticity verification elements (including the string and crystal seal, if applicable) are intact,
The original certificate/passport of the item is provided.
Before accepting a product for exchange or return, an internal quality check is conducted by the ART CRYSTAL project team.
